Unleash the Power of People

God has a Grander Vision for each of our lives – a unique opportunity to fully live out our faith in the sphere of influence in which we have been placed. Bryant Ambelang, CEO and President of NatureSweet, shares his Grander Vision for his business by unleashing the power of people to maximize organizational success. Bryant was convinced that if he invested in what God values most – people – that he would see the blessings of that in his organization.

A Young Leader Empowered to Dream in Zimbabwe

David Boeke

“My name is David Boeke, and I’m from Zimbabwe. I think the Global Leadership Summit was and is a very strong tool in my life, primarily because it helped me to dream. As a student pilot, it was very difficult with my background to try to imagine that one day I could fly for the airlines. It was very difficult, I mean, you’re in Africa and the world is telling you that there is no way under the stars that you’ll be flying planes one day. I’m still on the journey, and I haven’t come to the point where I’m flying for the airlines yet, but now I’m the proud holder of a private pilot’s license. That is something that came out of dreaming big and not limiting myself to where I was. The Summit is pretty much the place that put me in that space where my mind was opening, and I was looking at the world in a different light. And that was just awesome.”

The GLS for the World’s Newest Nation—South Sudan

The greatest need in South Sudan is for God to raise up Christ-following leaders to lead the world’s newest nation. War, famine and disease have stripped the country of an entire generation, creating a leadership vacuum. This is the environment that we brought the third annual Global Leadership Summit (GLS) into. Leaders from churches, business and government filled the church to overflowing and left empowered with the tools to become better leaders.

The local organizing team wants to take this training into schools and government offices (in addition to the formal GLS). Praise God for the impact! Thank you for your prayers! Please continue to pray for leaders as they apply what they’ve learned within the context of their organizations, and use it to develop and transform their communities.

“I never thought I would believe…”

“This was my first time attending the Summit. I would not have bought tickets, but my boss did, and invited a few people to attend. I am a paramedic and a medical division manager. I am not a religious person. Actually, I’m more of an atheist. However, this was a life changing experience.  I laughed and cried, as well as learned valuable information. Thank you… For more than you know. I never thought I would believe… You have changed that so far. And now I want to get to know God. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.” – Anonymous, #GLS15 Attendee

Persiste en medio de la oposición

God has a Grander Vision for each of our lives – a unique opportunity to fully live out our faith in the sphere of influence in which we have been placed. Following a prompting from God at a Summit in 2010, Mike Arnoult, Market Vice President of Walgreens, shares his Grander Vision for better worldwide health. Based upon inspiration heard at the Summit, Mike Arnoult led with persistence to bring preventative care to those in need all over the world.
