What do I receive when I sign up and register as a Summit View? 

When you sign up as a Summit View, you will receive a confirmation email from The Global Leadership Network that includes: 

• A unique link that you can share with others on your team or those who plan to join you for the Summit. With this unique link, they can purchase their own registration to attend your Summit View. 
• A link to the Summit View Vault including marketing collateral, promotional videos, a test for your streaming bandwidth and document on technical specifications. 

Why do I need to add the name(s) and email address(es) to my registration(s)? 

You will need the unique names and email addresses for each of your registrations within your Summit View so your guests can access the digital Summit Notebook, interactive event elements and access your unique HD live stream Link.

If purchasing in bulk, do I need to have all the names and email addresses of our group when I register? 

In order for your guests to access all the essential elements to enjoy the event, you will need to add guest names and email address prior to the start of the event. This will ensure efficient communication and reduce problems in accessing the live stream.

However, if you do not have the names of all parties in your group when you initially register, the online system will add an “open registration” for each unknown guest corresponding to the number of tickets purchased. Names can be added in later, prior to the event. (Names and emails that will be required during registration, however, include students or faculty members of a school or university, or an active/reserve members of our military or their spouses.) 

How do I add names to my registrations? 

• If you do not fill in the names at purchase, you can return to your confirmation email at a later date and click on the confirmation number link to access your registrations.
• Be sure you click “Send email” once you add their information so they can receive a confirmation email.

How do I update attendee information? 

Each registered attendee can update their information. If you registered as a group, you can also update your group members’ information. A confirmation number link is included on the “Summit Registration Confirmation” email from The Global Leadership Network after you register where you can update that information.

How do I access a registration report if hosting a group of people? 

You can request a one-time registration report link that will automatically update throughout the Summit season. Please go to support.globalleadership.org for support. 

When will the full schedule be available?
The full conference schedule for our 2024 event will be available in July of 2024.

What are the Technical Specifications as a Summit View Site?

How do I access the Summit?

Registrants that have their name and email address attached to their registrations will receive an email from The Global Leadership Network with information on how to access the Summit?

If I’m showing the Summit to a group of people, do I need to register everyone? 

Yes, everyone watching the Summit needs to have a purchased registration in order to access the Summit and participate in interactive elements.

Can I share my Summit access? 

No, access to the Summit is unique to that registrant’s email address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact our Service Engagement Team on or before 6/11/24 for a refund of your conference fees less a *$45.00 cancellation fee per person. (*The reason for the cancellation fee is to cover various processing costs and pre-purchased conference materials.) HOLD POLICY

Should you wish to hold your registration funds for future use, less a $45 fee per each held registration, please contact our Service Engagement Team on or before 7/9/24. You will need to contact us within a year to utilize the funds toward a new conference registration. 

Note: Additional payment may be required depending on the price of the conference you are transferring the funds to and at the current rate of that new event. Any over-payment remaining after the transfer is non-refundable.

TRANSFER POLICY

You may at any time up to the date of the conference transfer the name or location associated with the registration at no cost. To transfer the location, please contact our Service Engagement Team at support.globalleadership.org.
