Allen Hughes is a Corrections Training Officer for the Missouri Department of Corrections. He has spent the majority of his life in service, including 18 years with the Department of Corrections, six years on active duty with the United States Army, four years on inactive reserve, five years as a Law Enforcement Officer, as well as serving as a member of several short-term foreign missionary teams. He has attended the Global Leadership Summit since 2009, and for the last four years has served as the Summit emcee within the walls of Southeast Correctional Center.
