Carolina Milburn
Marketing Director
Carolina Milburn works in marketing for a corporation serving Latin America and Brazil. When she was introduced to the Summit in 2016, she heard John Maxwell speak for the first time. Her interest in learning more about leadership development led her to become a certified coach, speaker and trainer through Maxwell’s program. With her marketing expertise in the corporate world, she serves as the regional marketing director for The Global Leadership Summit in South America, and also helps to market the Summit in her own country, Uruguay, where they’ve been hosting the Summit since 2016.
