Dan Steffen
Senior Pastor
With a lifetime background in ministry, Dan Steffen became the senior pastor of Pure Heart Church in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2005. Under his leadership, the church tripled in size and focused its vision on serving the community and those who are broken. They have programs designed specifically to address mental illness, trauma, addiction and PTSD, and are having a significant impact in their city. Out of Pure Heart, they also birthed a non-profit called School Connect, which now serves more than 500 schools through church and marketplace connections across the state. Dan also recently launched a program called Parent University, which addresses the overwhelming need he saw from parents who long for connection and partnership on their parenting journey. The GLN is proud to partner with Dan and his team at Pure Heart Church who are hosting the GLS as a Premier Host Site.
