Incarcerated men and women have value. Everyone has influence.
The Global Leadership Network (GLN) invites prison facilities to host the GLS because we believe everyone has influence. Through the Summit experience, incarcerated men and women catch a higher vision for their future and often discover a sense of purpose. As 95% of the incarcerated are eventually released, it’s an opportunity to transform hearts and skill sets for successful reentry.
Stories of Impact
Inspired to see my fellow inmates transformed.
“I now realize that while I will never get the chance to fully make up for the crimes to my victims, their families or my ex-wife and our children, I do have the opportunity to help make sure that it never happens again. I have the opportunity to share my story and influence men to live a pro-social life; to do what is right, regardless of the cost. I’m using this opportunity to step into my role as a leader and stop the cycle of incarceration in other men’s families.” – Zac

Inspired to give my life to Christ.
“How do I say thank you to our Lord and to The Global Leadership Summit other than to just say thank you? I don’t have the financial means to donate to the Summit right now. But from the inspiration of all the speakers and being moved by the Holy Spirit, I give my life completely to Christ. Thank you for your commitment, love and compassion and for not forgetting those of us who are in prison. We have influence here, with our families and in the world when we join it again.” – Sydney

Because of the GLS | Prisoner Realizes He's a Leader, Decides to Positively Impact Fellow Inmates' Lives

They caught a vision to serve prisoners, unleash potential and change the culture of the prison from inside out, using the tools offered by The Global Leadership Summit (read more about the event here).
