You Can Lead! by Katurah Cooper

You Can Lead! Unveiling Unusual Pathways to Leadership Self-Discovery shares the story of author Katurah Cooper who in 1990 fled with her five daughters from the Liberian civil war to reside in the United States as a refugee for eleven years. Since returning to Liberia in 2001, she has served as an educator, human rights advocate, leadership coach, and pastor. In her book, Cooper offers ten personal stories alongside biblical stories and biblical commentary. Through this combination, she introduces new and unique pathways to leadership for readers to navigate. Exploring stories such as those of Moses and Esther, readers will see how these biblical figures became leaders. With this book, readers will actively engage through journaling and self-discovery. Cooper invites readers to reflect on their own experiences while learning from hers, write their own stories, and discover unique paths to becoming the leader God has called them to be.
